Run a tester agent against a target yourself — for internal validation.
New test call
The agent-under-test's LiveKit server, e.g. wss://your-project.livekit.cloud.
The room name the agent-under-test is in.
A LiveKit token minted for the tester to join that room (their side issues it).

In production these calls come from the platform via the EL-compatible API. This runner is for internal validation: WebSocket dials a test bot (E-3); Phone places a real Twilio call (E-4).
